Thanks a lot for catching this! You're right: the club picker and the board were using two different calculations for the target. The board's target (11th or higher for Fulham) is the real one, the one your season budget depends on. I'm fixing the picker so it shows exactly the same objective, it'll be live in the next update. Really appreciate you reporting it before even playing a match!
