What are you reading this month? [November edition]

Who is reading what, and why? Is it a newly started book, or something you're in the middle of? What do you like or hate about it?

I'm reading Chimera Skin by Johnny Compton and trying to finish From The Library of Jurgen Leitner by Premee Mohamed and Jnathan Sims

Excellent. Honestly, what i hoped Woodroe's Tatratea to be like. The prose is excellent and the plot is seeding the mystery of this weird, world wide occurrence very well. I'm loathe to make 'for readers / fans of' type comments, but it does go in a list shared with Southern Reach, and maybe some of Michael Cisco's works. ('Black Brane', specifically) Looks to be a novella and not full length novel. I can appreciate such careful writing and editing, that theres not excess fluff to a story.
